Tax:

All Washington State residents must pay the local 8.2% sales tax on all orders.



Shipping:

• For shipping in the United States(including Alaska, Hawaii, and any U.S. Territory), Paypal will automatically calculate your shipping cost. Large orders over 25 pounds subject to large order charges in addition to the shipping cost displayed by Paypal. Please email  for a large order quote.

• Tracking is included with all shipping.
  

• International shipping will depend on location and weight of your total order. For many countries, Paypal will automatically calculate your shipping cost and show you this cost in your shopping cart at time of check out.  If Paypal does not show a shipping charge once you enter your location, please email us so that we can send you a custom invoice.  Orders processed without doing this will not be processed until a custom invoice is sent and paid reflecting accurate shipping fees.

• All international orders weighing over 10 pounds will require a custom invoice. Paypal will not automatically calculate orders over 10 pounds.  Fees and regulations for shipping such weighed packages vary from country to country.  Once the invoice is recieved we will determine your specific shipping rate and mail you your invoice to complete via paypal.  Your order will ship as soon as payment is recieved. 

• Any shipment leaving the U.S. may be subject to customs inspections as well as extra duties, tarrifs, or “Value Added Taxes” (VAT). These fees are 100% your responsibility and are not included in the shipping fees and order totals. These charges vary from country to country, so please be aware of your countries customs policies prior to ordering.  We have no way to access this information and therefore cannot quote you a final cost with the customs charges added in.  Please contact your local Customs office for more information. Please note, customers who have orders returned to Shy Monster for not paying custom fees will NOT be refunded for either their shipping charges or their merchandice total as Shy Monster will be expected to pay the owing custom charges upon reciept of returned merchandice.

Refund:

• Shy Monster makes every effort to ensure that your buying experience with us is satisfactory.  If for any reason you decide you do not want an unopened item we will happily take it back and refund you 100% (less shipping charges) upon return receipt of the merchandise. For clerical clarity, please include the packing slip when returning the item.
